Does Fantic use Yamaha parts?
Obviously, this is no Yamaha, but there is still a connection. Motori Minarelli was once owned by Yamaha before being purchased by Fantic in 2020. Most of the parts surrounding the motor and frame are 100 percent Fantic—the airbox, the bodywork and the fuel tank. The Fantic XXF 450 is technically based on the Yamaha YZ450F, but is being independently developed – especially in terms of chassis, electronics, and engine tuning.
