For the vast majority of trails, and riders, we think the Scott Patron eRide 900 is a great option. We think it’s ideal for riders who want extra travel and safety without having the sluggish geometry of a more aggressive enduro eMTB.
What is the difference between SCOTT 920 and 940?
The most notable difference is weight: the Scale 920 is 11. Scale 940 is 12. They also differ in drivetrain and fork maker: the 920 lists GX Eagle and NX Eagle and uses a FOX fork, whereas the 940 lists NX Eagle and SX Eagle with a RockShox fork. The differences steer the comparison: the 920 is lighter at 23. Shimano XT/Deore drivetrains with FOX fork and shock, while the 930 weighs 24. NX/SX Eagle gearing and pairs a RockShox fork with an X-Fusion shock.
