IZIP Electric got acquired by Regent on Aug 07, 2019. It was facilitated by D. A. Davidson Companies. IZIP™ is Currie Technologies® premium line of electric bikes.Zip is one of the oldest ebike brands, founded in 1997 in Southern California. We’re talking about thousands of bikes made and delivered; they’ve been there and done that. So it’s not too surprising that the new Path Plus that arrived at my door felt tank solid when I took it out of the box.
